Thamer Khamis Al Muqla

Thamer Khamis Al Muqla, an Executive Director at Realcorp, brings a wealth of experience from the GCC region, distinguished by his leadership in Real Estate and Marketing Communications. His strong leadership, management skills, and extensive regional network play a crucial role in steering Realcorp toward its objectives.

Mr. Al Muqla earned his master’s degree with honors from Boston University MA, USA. He developed his marketing expertise during his tenure with the Interpublic Group IPG in New York City, gaining valuable insights into global marketing trends and strategies. After returning to the Kingdom of Bahrain, he shifted to real estate, successfully managing and executing numerous significant investment projects across the GCC.

Currently the Managing Director of Gulf Marcom Dentsu, a leading advertising agency in the region, Mr. Al Muqla leverages his marketing knowledge to enhance Realcorp’s market positioning and brand strategy. His combined experience in marketing and real estate enables him to drive innovative campaigns, aligning Realcorp’s offerings with market demands effectively.

Besides his role at Realcorp, Mr. Al Muqla holds several key board positions: Chairman of Carat Bahrain, Chairman of 3BL, and Chairman of Enjaz Capital. These roles highlight his strategic vision and leadership capabilities, allowing him to influence and guide growth across various sectors.

Mohammed Hasan Al Binfalah

Mohammed Hasan Al Binfalah brings extensive expertise from the Real Estate and Banking sectors, making him a pivotal force behind Realcorp’s remarkable growth. His illustrious career includes significant roles at leading investment banks such as Gulf International Bank GIB and TAIB Bank.

Before founding Realcorp, Mr. Al Binfalah was the Executive Director of Business Development at Al Oula Investments in Bahrain, which is part of Al Oula Saudi Arabia. Throughout his career, Mr. Al Binfalah has successfully executed real estate investment deals exceeding US$1 billion, consistently generating significant returns for investment partners and stakeholders. His ability to forge and maintain robust relationships with government bodies, financial institutions, and private entities has been key to his success.

Mr. Al Binfalah has previously served as a board member of the Central Bank of Bahrain CBB and was a member of the Audit Committee. His contributions also extend to the public sector, having been a member of the Valuation of Real Estate Expropriated for the Public Benefit Committee in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

In addition to his role at Realcorp, he has founded and serves on the boards of several reputable companies, including Real Way Holding, The Ultimate Capital, Real Residence Investments, Enjaz Property Development Co., Casa Grande Development, Enjaz Shopping Malls Co., Alsayah Medical Complex, and Seef Boulevard Development Co.

Mr. Al Binfalah holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Boston University, graduating with honors. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration BBA degree in Finance from Suffolk University, where he graduated Cum Laude. Both institutions are located in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He has also attended numerous international executive courses and conferences.
